Kramp
From a parts business in Varsseveld to an international partner for the agricultural sector, with an integration landscape that had to scale with that growth.
Johan Kramp started selling parts for agricultural machinery in Varsseveld in 1951. The partnership with Perdok, which began in 1969, and the international expansion turned the regional company into a European organization.
Kramp combines parts, technical knowledge and logistics services for, among others, agriculture and garden and park. Digital channels played an increasingly important role in this: the company timeline mentions the first webshop in 2001 and the introduction of the Kramp App in 2019.
For Kramp, I worked on renewing the hybrid integration landscape. Besides technology, this involved development standards, end-to-end testing, deployment processes and transferring DevOps practices to the team.
