Heutink
A family business in education and development, with a long history and a need for a governed cloud foundation.
Heutink began in 1911 in Wierden, where Reinier Willem Heutink sold books and other printed publications from his parents' home. As early as 1912, he set up a complete school. This created the connection between the company and everyday educational practice.
From that origin, Heutink grew into an international supplier of learning materials, developmental materials and school furnishings. Its product range and services evolved alongside education. Behind those visible products is an organisation in which logistics, product information and business applications must align.
For Heutink, I worked on cloud and integration architecture. The Cloud Adoption Framework, landing zones, Identity & Access Management and repeatable deployments formed the foundation for the move from an existing application landscape to Azure.
